However, we promote to customers who provide beneficial products and services the **'1/5 rule'** measure for best averages of success ratios when spending startup capital or revenue. This means you have the best chances of success (based on old-school numbers) to invest 20% of all funds coming into your business or startup capital (or greater) for the best chances of success. This success is solely the responsibility of our customers and clients, and we hold no responsibility for your return on investment. Our promise is to give you the best chances of success, provided you uphold good practice, quality, and put pride, long hours, ingenuity, and uniqueness into your products, take care of your facilities, treat your staff (whether human, AI, or other species) well, and run an all-around good business or provide a desirable marketable public consumption.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
